Our office is located at 2502 N Webb Rd, Grand Island, NE 68803.
This is on the corner of Capital Avenue and Webb Road in Northwest Grand Island, Nebraska.

WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?

Our office hours are:
Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept money orders, cashier’s and or personal checks only!

WHEN IS RENT DUE?

Rent is always due by the first of the month.

CAN I PAY MY RENT ONLINE?

At this time we do not accept online payment.
You can mail us your rent check or set up automatic bill pay.

CAN I MAIL MY RENT CHECK IN?

Yes. You may send your payment to:

I AM GOING TO MOVE. WHAT DO I DO?

If you plan on moving, notify the office immediately.
We require a 30-day notice prior to your move out date.

DO YOU OFFER A SHORT TERM LEASE?

Yes. We offer 1, 3, 6, 9 and 12-month leases.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO MOVE OUT BEFORE MY LEASE IS FINISHED?

Contact the office immediately.

HOW DO I ADD OR CHANGE ROOMMATES IN MY APARTMENT?

Make an appointment with the office to discuss the application process.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE A MAINTENANCE PROBLEM?

If you have a maintenance issue, submit a maintenance request online here or call our office at (308) 381-2497. If you have an after hours emergency you may call the after hours emergency line at (308) 339-9488.
